Need to Return a product

To return a product at MadAtter Enterprises, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at Administrator@Bid-Meister.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Customer Employee Number
- Nature of the problem

In general, MadAtter Enterprises accepts returns on software within 90 days. However, MadAtter Enterprises reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 90 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 90 days, credit will be issued toward

• FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
• A FULL CASH REFUND

• ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to MadAtter Enterprises on returned items, and MadAtter Enterprises will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at MadAtter Enterprises discretion.
